Iconic Marketing
Growth Labs

Collaboration under pressure is hard. It’s easy to go indirect, lose the thread, or let tension push decisions up the chain instead of forward. The Iconic Marketing Growth Labs are a four-part series built to change that — giving us shared language, practical tools, and a little productive discomfort, together. Explore the Labs & Register ↓
4 Labs One per month across May, June, August, and September. Each Lab builds on the last.
75–90 Minutes Each Lab is a focused experience — not a long training day. Practical tools, real practice, immediate application.
In-Person + Virtual Format Each Lab is offered as one in-person session and multiple virtual sessions — choose the format and time that works for you.
~400 Participants Open to the full Marketing organization. Sessions are capped to keep them interactive — all formats fill up.
Register early for all four Labs. Sessions — including virtual — have limited seats. Registering upfront is the best way to secure your spot across the full series.

Conditions for Candor Under Pressure When conversations get tense, most of us go reactive — we defend, go quiet, or look for someone to blame. This Lab helps you recognize your own pattern in real time and reset before a meeting shuts down. You’ll leave with a practiced reset line and a move for re-engaging others who’ve gone sideways.

Dissent Without Defensiveness Raising a concern is easy. Raising it in a way that actually moves the conversation forward — without making it personal — is a skill. This Lab gives you a formula for surfacing hard truths in a way that keeps the focus on the work, and a move for redirecting others when dissent gets charged.

August 2026 In-Person + Virtual
Direct Feedback Before Escalation When something’s not working, the default is often to go around the person — up the chain, into side conversations, anywhere but directly. This Lab replaces that pattern with a practical approach to peer-to-peer feedback and a shared standard for when and how to escalate as partners, not opponents.

Momentum Without Consensus Not every decision will get full buy-in — and waiting for it is its own kind of problem. This Lab builds the skill of committing honestly to a direction even when you don’t fully agree, and moving a group forward without leaving real disagreement underground where it can surface later.

What you might be wondering

Do I have to attend all four Labs?+
You’re encouraged to attend all four — the Labs are designed as a series and build on each other. That said, each Lab is also valuable on its own, so if you can only join for some, join for those. Just know that seats are limited and fill up, so registering for all four upfront is the best way to guarantee your spot.
What’s the difference between in-person and virtual sessions?+
The content is the same — the experience is a bit different. In-person sessions (75–90 min at The Kitchen) allow for richer dialogue and deeper interaction. Virtual sessions (60 min on Zoom) are designed to move efficiently through tools and practice. Both are fully worthwhile; choose what fits your schedule.
What if I miss a session I registered for?+
If you know in advance, check the other session times for that Lab — you may be able to attend a different one. Each Lab is offered across multiple sessions precisely to give you flexibility.
Who is facilitating the Labs?+
The Iconic Marketing Growth Labs are developed and facilitated by Luma Collective, a leadership development and organizational effectiveness firm. All sessions are delivered by Luma facilitators.
